George updates All Pro Homes on the current state of the company and shares useful insights and tips on how to make the best of the shelter in place order.

Make sure to stay home whenever possible and leverage telecommunication during this time but do not see it as a time to shut down your business.

We all have to make a pivot and adjust our daily real estate activities but there are still plenty of powerful things we can do, such as: reaching out to your database with a wellness check or sending out a hand written note... they will appreciate the extra care and effort.

Also, remember that the All Pro Admin staff is here to help you in any way that we can. If you need to have a document e-signed we can get that done via Docusign if you don't have your own access. If you need any digital media created on your listings in order to keep activity up we can help with that too.

NOTE: In an attempt to keep showing activity up as much as possible we are strongly recommending having a 3D Tour done on the home. This allows for you to offer a digital showing or open house on your listing and keeps everyone safe. It also shows your clients that you are doing whatever you possibly can to market the listing during this tough time. 3D Tours will be offered at a discounted rate and the cost can be reimbursed at closing so there is no risk up front. Lastly, remember to stay home and continue practicing social distancing and let's try to find creative ways to keep our businesses thriving. This is a great time to test ideas that you may not have been able to pull the trigger on in the past.
