Dance Mama In Conversation With Kate Flatt OBE

KATE FLATT OBE

'I have confidence in being a creator.'

Mother of two. Choreographer and Movement Director.

Lucy had the honour of talking to one of Britain's most celebrated choreographers and movement directors, Kate Flatt OBE, about her experiences as a mother and prolific British artist, well-known for her legendary contribution to the original West End production of Les Misérables. This she created whilst her daughter was 5 years old and her son was a baby!

Kate's inspiring journey of working on multiple productions all over the world is an exceptional example of the intricacies required when navigating a family with an incredibly successful artistic career.
