The Dreams That Shape Us

Professor Scott Sparrow knocked on Heaven's Door and it opened for him while he was lucid dreaming. A holy light filled him with indescribable love, and it set him on a course in life to return to that place and continue receiving that Light.

Dr. Sparrow, an acclaimed author, professor, and dream guru, says that everyone can be blessed with the experience of receiving the Light. He prescribes simple practices spelled out by the renowned psychic Edgar Cayce and used for centuries by Buddhist masters of Dream Yoga. Hint: It involves a lot of meditation. It leads to experiences that were once known to only a relatively few devotees with the guidance from Masters and the discipline of mind and body to break through the barriers that prevent us from seeing and knowing that the Light of Heaven is behind everything in the material and mental worlds.
