In today's Instagram Live MINI CLASS, I am sharing the warning signs of TOPICAL STEROID ADDICTION, also known as TOPICAL STEROID WITHDRAWAL or RED SKIN SYNDROME. This is a very serious condition that is simple cause by using topical steroid creams. This iatrogenic pharmacuetical side effect is debilitating and takes YEARS to run its' course. I realize that a lot of people are still using these creams, so I want to spread much more awareness of the dangers of these simple inexpensive over the counter and prescription creams and ointments. 035. What You Gotta + Want to Know Before Deciding To Cleanse // Cleansing With Wisdom & Intelligence!

So think of today's episode (2020) as the second and very necessary half of the cleansing conversation we begun in the last episode.

I really cannot over-emphasize the reality of how necessary it is that we all make some adjustments in our lives to allow our bodies to detoxify, cleanse and regain internal coherence for this massive quantum transformation we are going through. 005. The Dirty Dozen and The Clean Fifteen | How To Shop + Eat CLEAN On A Budget

Hey dear souls!

In this episode (2019) we are exploring two VERY important lists that are highly valuable for all people on the journey of healing, detoxifying and growing vitality. EWG’s The Dirty Dozen and The Clean Fifteen are straightforward guidelines to purchasing and consuming produce that is the cleanest (and least polluted) of all conventionally grown fruits and vegetables. This conscious conversation is extremely important for anyone who is healing, detoxifying, trying to gain more energy, lessen inflammatory symptoms, and especially for parents with babies and children, and pregnant women of course. Also, we dive into the vast amount of chemicals that are found in newborn infants, as many agricultural chemicals are passed from mother to baby through cord blood. This is an extremely important conversation, especially for parents.
