My Comeback Episode - Perfectionism, Confidence from Content Creation, and Where This Podcast Is Going
I'm back! In this episode, I chat about why I've been MIA for nearly a year, the ways content creation helps increase confidence, and where things are going with this podcast (and the purpose behind it now).
Perfectionism has been something that really prevented me from releasing the podcast episodes I've been trying to record for the past year. And listening back to this one I'm releasing right now, I think there's definitely room for improvement (in just improving my humor and way I talk about things in general to make it more entertaining). But we've all got to start somewhere, and I think that's also one of the biggest reasons why I'm back to create more podcast episodes: I want to use this as an opportunity for self development. Both to get better at verbal communication, but also build up my confidence again, and get the chance to interview some amazing people (hoping to interview some inspiring professionals and public figures). Plus I talk a bit about how Emma Chamberlain has influenced my direction for this podcast.
I'm not 100% sure how often I'll be able to publish new episodes and content, just looking at my existing schedule with school, recruiting, and running my design studio (which is still going strong!). But I'm going to do my very best, and hopefully at least be able to release a new episode every couple of months. Or perhaps I'll batch record several and release them over time. We'll see how things go.
Thanks for sticking around - I'm excited to share this journey of self discovery and self improvement with you and the podcast guests I bring on!
*Apologies for the mic issues (it's been a while since I recorded something haha. Plus...I didn't buy a professional mic and have just been recording from my phone, so that's also partially the reason why - I'm probably going to buy an actual microphone if this podcast picks up).

Sharing My Effective 3 Step Method to Practicing Gratitude + How it Can Change Your Life
Practicing gratitude is a key part of many successful people's daily routines, and I first learned about it through Brendon Burchard's High Performance Planner, where he researched the habits of hundreds of successful individuals. I was never really able to make it an effective and impactful practice for myself though, until I thought of doing it with the 3 step method I'm about to share in this episode.
After incorporating gratitude like this into your morning or evening routine, you'll find that it'll bring much more happiness and positivity into your life, and you'll live more presently. It's a worthwhile practice to try, so be sure to listen to this quick and to-the-point episode to find out more.

Why And How You Should Adopt a "Take Action" Mindset: Stop Waiting to Start!
So many people are afraid to "jump in", and many times we are stuck at the planning stage trying to make things perfect. Whether it's launching a new project, business, or even working on an essay, we put things off thinking that once we get started, we'll only have to face worse challenges and speed bumps. In this episode, I’m going to be sharing my views and experience on this, first from a content creator/business standpoint, and then from a everyday productivity standpoint.
I'll go over the pros and cons of "taking action", and provide actionable steps so you can start right away after listening to this episode.

The Two Things You Need To Do To Be Consistently Motivated And Productive In Quarantine
Have you been super inconsistent, with productive and unproductive days, along with non-existent motivation? I feel ya, and in this episode, I introduce the two biggest things to do with your scheduling that will get you motivated and bring results! I chat about what I want to change with my mornings, as well as why you need to be scheduling your whole week in advance. I also reference something that productivity/motivation experts Mel Robbins and Hal Elrod do that we should all aim to be doing as well.
I'm also running a productivity and motivation challenge, as one of the best ways to maintain consistency and stick to your goals is through accountability. In this episode, I'm getting real about social media and the mindset/mental health aspects of it. Whether you're a content creator yourself, or just using a personal account, these tried-and-true tips and mindset shifts will be sure to help you so you can use social media without feeling burnt out or that societal pressure to look or live a certain way.

To Hustle Or Not: How To Spend Your Time During Self Quarantine
In this first episode, I'm delving into the two conflicting perspectives whether or not we should be doing more productive work during this time, especially because we're now all at home. Some people are urging you to do more with this time, others are telling you to take a break. I chat about how to come to a healthy balance, what we should really be doing during self quarantine, and how we should approach our long term goals (or take this time to create them!).
