After a career in which began in the military as a marine, Steve Pinkerton started CrossFit Vitality in his personal garage with 8 members initially signed up. Fast forward 10 years later, and Steve :

  • has turned Vitality Fitness into a 50,000 square foot facility
  • has 500+ members
  • is a landlord to 16 tenants
  • has 2 daughters
  • has been to the CrossFit Regionals 5 times (narrowly missing the CrossFit Games twice)
  • has been a keynote speaker at seminars for small gym owners.

His story, facility, and success as a gym owner and CrossFit athlete is unparalleled.

Nonetheless, Steve was willing to be a mentor and business coach to Thunder Valley Fitness. In this podcast we revisit the moments since 2012 that we have had with Steve that led to the future development of Thunder Valley Fitness, the start of Thunder Valley Fit Club, and hear the struggles and stories of the growth of Vitality Fitness.
